★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio figlio ha portato la sua auto da loro per un'intervento, hanno tenuto la macchina due giorni per poi dire che non erano in grado di eseguirlo- il che "puo' anche starci" ..ma la peggio è che gli hanno pure grattugiato completamente sul bordo del marciapiede due cerchi in lega. Alle rimostranze di mio figlio hanno risposto "noi non abbiamo fatto niente" quindi incompetenti, cialtroni e bugiardi. roba da denuncia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi si è fermata la macchina, ho provveduto a portargliela in officina chiedendo il favore di farmi sapere prima di lavorarci, quanto sarebbe costato il lavoro, visto che sono in attesa di una bimba e la macchina essendo molto vecchia dopo l'estate sarebbe stata cambiata. Non solo dopo 1 settimana ho dovuto richiamare perché nessuno mi aveva fatto sapere niente ma dopo una prima chiamata dove mi tranquillizzava che il pezzo sarebbe costato 40 euro più manodopera è risparito. Così dopo due giorni ho richiamato e mi è stato detto che il lavoro era stato fatto e che non avevano avuto tempo di richiamarmi. Morale della favola per un problema alla pompa di benzina 350 euro perché avevano anche sbagliato a comprare il pezzo di ricambio e mi sono stati messi in conto entrambi. La barzelletta? Dopo 2 giorni la macchina è di nuovo ferma con la pompa che perde benzina. La sto portando da un altro meccanico per risolvere. Sono arroganti e non professionali. Spero che non abbiate mai bisogno di lui perché è davvero poco serio.
