Sono rimasto molto ben impressionato dalla professionalità del titolare che si preso perfettamente cura ed in maniera globale della riparazione. Disbrigo pratica assicurativa; spiegazione dell' intervento; messa a disposizione di auto sostitutiva. Inoltre, perfattamente rispettati i tempi di lavoro e di riconsegna della mia vettura. In una parola: perfetti. Ritornero' in cao di necessità e raccomando agli utenti questo SERVICE molto professionale. I used the MORISERVICE bodywork for a repair on my AUDI, for the first time. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the owner who took care of the repair perfectly and comprehensively. Insurance paperwork; explanation of the intervention; provision of replacement car. Cortesia, professionalità, disponibilità e lavoro impeccabile! Ecco, mercoledì ho avuto una di queste fantastiche giornate. Non tutto peró viene per nuocere, ed ho avuto la fortuna di trovarmi esattamente a 300 mt da Mori Service. Ho chiamato chiedendo “delle pinze”, e sorridendo, hanno capito che intendessi dei cavi. Dopo 2 minuti esatti, avevo il mio angelo custode a farmi ripartire la macchina. Quella puntualità è professionalità, mi hanno talmente convinta tanto da seguirlo poi in carrozzeria per farmi cambiare da loro la batteria dell’auto. Grazie per la disponibilità, della simpatia, della comprensione e dell’aiuto. Persone davvero brave che fanno ancora il loro lavoro con passione, qualità rara al giorno d’oggi. Pur non essendo della mia zona, quando trovi un servizio di questo tipo, è d’obbligo tornarci. You know when you have a bad day, and you think worse can not happen, and then comes the icing on the cake, and your car stops. Here, Wednesday I had one of these fantastic days. However, not everything comes to harm, and I was lucky enough to find myself exactly 300 meters from Mori Service. I called asking for "pliers", and smiling, they realized I meant cables. After exactly 2 minutes, I had my guardian angel to restart the car. That punctuality is professionalism, they convinced me so much that I then followed him to the body shop to have them change the car battery. Thanks for your availability, sympathy, understanding and help. Really good people who still do their job with passion, a rare quality nowadays. Although not in my area, when you find a service of this type, it is a must to come back.

Subito la gentilissima Elisa mi ha proposto tutte le soluzioni disponibili, il costo, ed una valutazione in merito a quale di queste fosse la più adatta a mio caso, dopo aver inviato delle foto del bagagliaio e dell'abitacolo. Sono stato aggiornato in modo costante tramite cellulare sempre dalla gentilissima Elisa. Il risultato è stato decisamente soddisfacente, tutte le macchie ripulite, i peli scomparsi, l'abitacolo reso fresco e pulito come fosse nuovo. Complimenti.
