★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio consegne proprio non adeguato e non curante dei clienti. A quanto pare Ristoranti e Hotel sono più importanti delle persone anziane che non sono autosufficienti. Ordinazione fatta ad inizio Agosto mai consegnata. Ai continui soleciti era sempe pronta la battuta che hanno molte consegne da fare ad alberghi e ristoranti. Dopo ferragosto vista la situazione abbiamo cancellato l'ordine e richiesto il riti delle 8 casse vuote. Anche così nessuna reazione. Purtroppo si deve chiedere di parlare con il direttore per ottenere qualcosa. Il giorno stesso della telefonata son venuti a riprendersi i vuoti per chiudere miseramente un mese di attesa da un fornitore da dimenticare.
Delivery service just not adequate and careless of customers. Apparently Restaurants and Hotels are more important than older people who are not self-sufficient. Order made at the beginning of August never delivered. The joke that many deliveries to hotels and restaurants have to make was always ready for the usual people. After mid-August, given the situation, we canceled the order and requested the ritual of the 8 empty boxes. Even so no reaction. Unfortunately you have to ask to speak to the manager to get something. On the day of the phone call they came to take back the gaps to miserably close a month of waiting from a supplier to forget.
