In pieno rispetto con la natura che circonda questo birrificio mostra di aver carattere e competenza. Variegata è la scelta di birre chiare e scure. Sapori e odori unici e irripetibili fanno di questa birra una delle meraviglie della nostra Sicilia. Da provare sicuramente la birra artigianale col grano antico Tumminia. I profumi fruttati e antichi rievocano i sapori genuini e mediterranei tipici di questo territorio. Excellent packaging and presentation of all the bottles. Da quel giorno di certo è diventata la mia preferita in tutte le versioni proposte. Consiglio nello specifico quelle con il vino e la blanche. Vincenzo e Francesco sono ragazzi che mettendosi in gioco, avendo grande esperienza alle spalle, hanno creato birre di altissima qualità che consiglio vivamente di provare... I met Vincenzo last summer during a tasting in Erice where their beer, the Chinaschi was proposed. From that day it certainly became my favorite in all the versions proposed. I specifically recommend those with wine and blanche.
