Sono uscita da lì super super soddisfatta e con la sensazione di essere stata in un posto molto sicuro, sono molto attenti e scrupolosi nella gestione dei protocolli covid!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff meraviglioso. Competente attento empatico a cogliere ogni desiderio del cliente. Personalmente ho richiesto un taglio eseguito alla perfezione. Una volta a casa non mi vedevo...non mi piacevo.
Ho telefonato e mi hanno dato veloce appuntamento per correggere il taglio precedente (da me richiesto). Anche questo perfetto.
Inoltre, cosa inusuale, mi hanno fatto un grosso omaggio, che non ritengo di specificare, ma che esprime le qualità interiori della titolare (Alice) e delle sue competenti e preparate collaboratrici.

Wonderful staff. Competent empathetic attentive to grasp every customer's desire. Personally, I requested a perfectly executed cut. Once at home I didn't see myself ... I didn't like me.
I phoned and they gave me a quick appointment to correct the previous cut (requested by me). This too perfect.
Moreover, unusual thing, they paid me a big tribute, which I do not consider to specify, but which expresses the inner qualities of the owner (Alice) and her competent and well-trained collaborators.
