La ragazza che ha eseguito il trattamento non era capace di tagliare le unghie quindi dopo aver tagliato l'unghia fino a metà tirava con le dita il resto strappandola. Usava una lima che faceva molto male. Non sapeva usare gli attrezzi per le pellicine, infatti mi ha tagliata in molte parti, in altre ha lasciato le pellicine. Mi ha tagliato l'unghia del pollice sinistro troppo corta scoprendo un lato di polpastrello. Rovinata. 18€ spesi per un lavoro non professionale. 04/11/2021 Mi avete risposto che non fate servizio manicure, provo ad allegare la ricevuta del mio pagamento, in caso avessi sbagliato salone, mi scuso dell'accaduto. Abbiamo parlato e mi ha fatto notare il disastro che hanno combinato le dipendenti di Vera Hair. Mi ha fatto vedere e notare che non sono mai state pulite le extentions dagli strati di adesivo. Le extentions erano rotte e si sono preoccupate solo di aggiungere adesivo per prendere i miei soldi. Inoltre hanno passato la piastra sulla plastica e ovviamente le hanno rovinate. Sappiate che non è corretto nei confronti dei clienti comportarsi così, è vergognoso I have applied the adhesive extentions in this salon. After the umpteenth fall of the extentions, I decided to change hairdresser that performs the same service. We talked and he pointed out the disaster that the employees of Vera Hair have been making.
