Leider waren die Radios bei der Stadtführung so schlecht, dass man kaum ein wort verstehen konnte. Es war regelrecht anstrengend zuzuhören! Die Übertragung min Ohr klingt wie ein radio aus den 30er Jahren. Die Stadtführerin wurde von mehreren Gästen auf den Aufstand hingewiesen aber sie hat stumpf ihre Führung durchgezogen. Das gleiche Problem gab es schon vor zwei Jahren aber den Veranstalter scheint das nicht zu interessieren. In Rom hatten wir eine wesentlich bessere Tonqualität bei der Stadtführung. Daher kann ich diesen Veranstalter nicht weiterempfehlen. The city guide was and order and knew a lot to report. Guide totalement intéressante ne cherchant pas à nous apprendre sur la ville mais nous faire faire des photos depuis le bus . Les enfants dorment. Nous n aurons rien appris The worst city tour imposed by MSC. Delay. Completely interesting guide not trying to teach us about the city but to make us take pictures from the bus. The children are sleeping. We will not have learned anything

On a également bien apprécié la pause pour déguster une bonne focaccia et un cappuccino dans la vieille ville. Der erste Stop war ein 40-minütiger Zwangsaufenthalt im Souvenirshop….super, wollte ich immer schon mal machen ?? die Tourleiterin hatte kaum nennenswerte Infos und kannte sich absolut nicht mit der Geschichte des Platzes aus. Nicht zu empfehlen! Worst trip of my life. Did an excursion with Trumpy Tours (Pisa) through Aida. The first stop was a 40-minute stay in the souvenir shop .... great, I always wanted to do it ?? the tour guide had hardly any information worth mentioning and was absolutely unfamiliar with the history of the place. Not recommendable!
M	Maeve Plant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible organisation… Got off our cruise ship, queued for 30 mins to hear whispers, but not officially informed until 45 minutes later, that our bus was delayed by 1 hour. Provided only a handful of chairs for “lady’s first”!! Trumps Tours were arranged by our cruise company and we paid $58 per person. Luckily we had allocated time for sightseeing before catching our flight, needless to say we didn’t get much sightseeing done.
