Personale disorganizzato e customer care inefficace, volo a più scali con destinazione finale errata, proposto solo perché il prezzo era vantaggioso, senza fornire alternative coerenti con le mie richieste. Anziché soddisfare il bisogno del cliente, si ha quasi l'impressione che sia il cliente a doversi adattare alle loro offerte.
Mi dispiace molto in quanto pochi anni addietro, quando ancora era Viaggi Internazionali, mi ero trovata davvero bene. Mi auguro che l'agenzia possa tornare quella di un tempo: competente, affidabile e ben strutturata.
Unfortunately my experience with Gattinoni was very disappointing.
Disorganized staff and ineffective customer care, multi-stop flight with wrong final destination, proposed only because the price was advantageous, without providing alternatives consistent with my requests. Instead of satisfying the customer's need, one almost gets the impression that the customer has to adapt to their offers.
I am very sorry because a few years ago, when it was still International Travel, I was really happy. I hope that the agency will return to what it once was: competent, reliable and well structured.
