★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This UNESCO world heritage might be a bit touristy and overcrowded, but it still is one of the highlights of Puglia.
Although most of the trulli houses are used in commercial purposes and their interiors look like colourful and shinny souvenir shops, many of them are still lived today and you can even visit a few that will reveal the way people lived some time ago in such homes.
Mind the fact that the whole area is like a labyrinth, with many dead-end alleys and if you'll go with the crowd, you might miss lots of interesting locations.
