★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato da loro una macchina in cui l'officina che ha fatto il tagliando prima di consegnarmela, ha lasciato una chiave per il cambio dell'olio sopra il radiatore, cosa che mi ha causato un danno da 250 euro che sto faticando da mesi a farmi rimborsare. Nessuna scusa, nessun "siamo dispiaciuti per l'accaduto", anzi mi trovo pure a essere ridicolizzata perché chiedo il rimborso. Pessima pubblicità per il marchio Mercedes (a cui ho inviato il reclamo formale), per tanti sinonimo di affidabilità e sicurezza... certo fa proprio molta sicurezza un oggetto di lavoro "dimenticato" dentro il cuore di una macchina, un po' come nella "Terra dei cachi", Se dimentichi le pinze fischiettando ti dirò, ti devo una pinza, ce l'ho nella panza...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato settimana scorsa classe V usato alla concessionaria Truk Italia di Montelupo F.no riscontrato piccolo problema al portellone posteriore, con il venditore ci siamo accordati x visionare il problema in officina di Campi Bisenzio x comodità mia, entrato in accettazione spiegato il problema all'addetto mi ha liquidato dicendomi che non c'era personale disponibile di prendere un appuntamento solo x visionare il problema, li ho ripetuto solo dare un'occhiata poi semmai prendevo un appuntamento x sistemare la cosa ma niente è stato irremovibile dicendomi"HO IL PIAZZALE PIENO E IL PERSONALE È OCCUPATO" sono uscito molto arrabbiato pensando che una concessionaria che rappresenta un marchio così prestigioso dovrebbe quanto meno andare verso le esigenze del cliente visto che le vetture non sono proprio le più economiche sul mercato?? poi la gentilezza del personale fa la differenza se mettere 5 stelle o 1stella come in questo caso

Questa è stata la risposta a telefono che ho ricevuto incredulo da un venditore dopo che per la quarta volta mi avevano assicurato che mi avrebbero richiamato entro 5 minuti per verificare la giacenza in magazzino di un modello da visionare e puntualmente non avevo ricevuto nessuna telefonata... Che dire, la cura del cliente al primo posto... Complimenti, ho seguito alla lettera il suggerimento, e sicuramente per quanto possa servire, spargerò la voce... Lavorare così è veramente vergognoso, specialmente sotto un brand che vorrebbe mantenere alti livelli.
