Penso che in Germania, una concessionaria Mercedes Benz come questa ,non ha ragione di esistere. Dai venditori ai meccanici è tutto da rifare. Sarei lieto di esternare le mie critiche a chi di competenza. Buona giornata. P.S. : non sono il solo a lamentarsi !! Thanks to Mr. Lanfranco for his availability and kindness. Everything else should be super viewed by the parent company. I think in Germany, a Mercedes Benz dealership like this has no reason to exist. From sellers to mechanics, everything needs to be redone. I would be happy to externalize my criticisms to those of competence. Good day. P.S. : I'm not the only one to complain !!

G	Giuseppe Capezzuto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verso fine settembre prendo appuntamento il 06/10/2021 per portare l'autovettura in officina in seguito ad anomalia della segnalazione/indicatore liquido ADBLUE. il giorno seguente dopo avere chiamato vengo informato che l'addetto alla diagnosi è in malattia e che finirà il suo decorso giovedì 14 c.m. (....) Il giorno 14, dopo ripetute chiamate da parte mia vengo informato che bisogna cambiare una sonda, do il mio consenso e vengo avvisato che posso ritirare la macchina oggi 15 ottobre, purtroppo dopo avere provato a mettermi in contatto inutilmente con l'officina (circa 20 chiamate) , mi reco di persona in officina e dopo un'attesa vengo informato che la persona che ha preso in carico l'auto non c'è e che comunque la macchina potrebbe essere pronta per lunedì 18 ottobre, ho provato a chiedere, visto il totale disservizio, un'auto di cortesia ma ovviamente non è stato possibile. D	Domenico Diana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, un’officina dotata di persone incompetenti..Ho portato la mia auto da loro per un problema legato alla doppia frizione, dopo 1 giorno mi hanno chiamato dicendomi che hanno risolto il problema e che posso andare a riprendere l’auto, sono andato a prendere l’auto e il problema persiste ancora..vi consiglio di andare da loro solo se volete perdere tempo. Bad experience, a workshop with incompetent people ... I took my car to them for a problem related to the double clutch, after 1 day they called me saying that they solved the problem and that I can go and take the car back, I'm went to get the car and the problem still persists .. I suggest you go to them only if you want to waste time.

Acho que deveria de existir uma recepção para acolher os clientes que chegam e uns bancos para nós sentarmos enquanto estamos a espera. De resto tudo ok . We were attended by Mr. Stefano Gallo who was very attentive and helpful. I think there should be a reception to welcome customers who arrive and some benches for us to sit on while we are waiting.
