Addirittura l'unico disponibile, (ma era a telefono), mi ha detto di attendere un attimo. Nel frattempo ho girovagato nel salone visionando le auto esposte ma trascorso quasi 20 minuti, ho deciso di andare via. Il referente mi ha notato mentre mi dirigevo all'uscita ma ha continuato nella sua telefonata. Non ci sono parole, non c'è ospitalità ed educazione. I wanted to buy a car but once I entered the showroom I did not receive any information from any of the representatives present. Even the only one available, (but he was on the phone), told me to wait a moment. In the meantime, I wandered around the salon looking at the cars on display but after almost 20 minutes, I decided to leave. The contact person noticed me on my way to the exit but continued on his phone call. There are no words, there is no hospitality and education.

Inizialmente ho visto la macchina che mi interessava su internet e mi sono interfacciato con il consulente Giuseppe Papa che è stato gentilissimo e preparato e che poi mi ha accolto con grande disponibilità in concessionaria in orari di normale chiusura. Successivamente il mio acquisto è stato gestito da Antonio Pede un venditore davvero disponibile, gentile e preparato e anche lui mi ha permesso si vedere e ritirare l'auto in orari in cui la concessionaria sarebbe stata normalmente chiusa . Per me ottima concessionaria. I bought a Fiat Panda Km0 for the ODV which is located in Tuscany for which I work. Initially I saw the car that interested me on the internet and I interfaced with the consultant Giuseppe Papa who was very kind and prepared and who then welcomed me with great availability in the dealership during normal closing hours.
