Ti presenti per vedere parlando con una del personale ti risponde sfacciatamente e in maniera maleducata. Allora la gente fa bene a ordinare su internet perché se per comprare nei negozi bisogna avere a che fare con gente incomoetente e maleducata! Negative! Ask the staff they don't even know what they have or don't have in store. You show up to see by talking to one of the staff and she answers you brazenly and in a rude manner. Then people do well to order on the internet because if to buy in stores you have to deal with incomoetent and rude people!

Il negozio è bello e ben fornito. I prezzi sono equi. La direzione dovrebbe investire di più sulla formazione del personale. Parlo di formazione sia tecnica, sia commerciale. Molti complimenti e ringraziamenti alla signora (di cui non conosco il nome) che si è data da fare, mi ha spiegato ciò che stava facendo ed ha risolto ... sempre con un sorriso sulle labbra. It is very difficult to express an evaluation, when for a whole week I have not solved an important problem that left me without a cell phone (sim replacement was not successful) and then, in twenty minutes, a zealous and participatory employee solved everything. The shop is nice and well stocked. The prices are fair. Management should invest more in staff training. I speak of both technical and commercial training. Many compliments and thanks to the lady (whose name I do not know) who has been busy, explained to me what she was doing and resolved ... always with a smile on her lips.

Ma mi è comunque stato proposto un altro pezzo equivalente ai due esauriti. Dunque mi ritengo soddisfatta del servizio e proporrei di aggiungere personale nei limiti del possibile alla telefonia, dato che vi era una sola persona e per aiutare quei lavoratori che si "sacrificano" per il periodo tipicamente festivo (come l'odierna settimana ferragostana). The two pieces I spotted on the discount flyer for the month of August 2018 have been sold out. But I was still offered another piece equivalent to the two sold out. So I am satisfied with the service and I would propose to add personnel to the telephony as much as possible, since there was only one person and to help those workers who "sacrifice" themselves for the typically festive period (such as today's Ferragostan week).
