Courteous and professional staff ... I had some problems with my s21 ultra but thanks to Francesca, a staff girl, helpful, nice, and above all practical I solved my problem smoothly, which should not be underestimated since in other shops at the 90% your phone will live in service for a long time .... thanks

Ho pagato la differenza e ho portato via il mio cestello per non stare lì a far questioni, ma non comprerò mai più niente da Unieuro. Cari come pochi e pure scorretti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 22 luglio mi sono recato al grande Unieuro di Villa di Tirano per dare un occhiata ad alcuni prezzi, ma non è questo il punto credo che il responsabile alle vendite, tatuato, dovrebbe imparare, ma tanto, come interagire con i colleghi perché è inaccettabile e vergognoso richiamare il collega, credo appena assunto, ad alta voce come se fossimo in piazza, dicendo " ti ho detto vieni subito qui" indicando il pavimento, come se fosse un cagnolino! Mi sento molto indignato a riguardo e spero di non assistere mai più ad una scena del genere! E non si parla mai male del capo in presenza di clienti!!! Vergogna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delusione immensa…. Spesi 600 euri x un telefono in esposizione senza le protezioni…laterali ora si sta sgretolando… .niente assistenza…. La motivaxione e' stata che avevo acquistato il prodotto da piu' di un mese… Negozio da eliminare.... Comprate su internet e' meglio…si e' piu' assistiti…mi dispiace ma essendo l'unico Store in valle forse ve ne aproffitate….. Buon lavoro
