Tant'è vero che ho dovuto far notare la promozione sul prodotto che stavo acquistando sia al commesso del reparto, sia alla commessa della cassa, la quale, con fare di supponenza, mi ha risposto che il personale non é tenuto a conoscere le promozioni sui vari prodotti (...e chi sennò?), ma che dev'essere il cliente stesso a conoscere i prodotti in saldo e riferire. L'episodio si commenta da sé. So much so that I had to point out the promotion on the product I was buying to both the department clerk and the cashier clerk, who, with arrogance, replied that the staff is not required to know about promotions on various products (... and who else?), but that the customer himself must know the products on sale and report. The episode speaks for itself.

G	Gloria Ollivier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiedo se le recensioni positive siano fatte da amici o parenti di persone che lavorano lì ?‍♀️ Io da anni non ci mettevo più piede perché avevo trovato sempre un personale scortese, scocciato e persino maleducato (nessuno saluta quando si entra!!!!) Ho pensato che dopo anni magari qualcosa era cambiato ma ahimè NO!!! Entro ovviamente senza che nessuno mi rivolga un sorriso o un saluto, mi dirigo al reparto che mi interessava ma nessuno arriva ad aiutarmi per almeno 15 minuti in più durante la mia attesa assisto ad una scena pietosa davanti a me il "capo reparto " che sgrivava due poveri ragazzini neo assunti davanti a tutti con fare davvero da saputello!! PESSIMO!!!! I wonder if the positive reviews are made by friends or relatives of people who work there ?‍♀️ I had not set foot there for years because I had always found a staff rude, annoyed and even rude (no one greets when you enter !!!!) I thought that after years maybe something had changed but alas NO !!! Obviously I enter without anyone giving me a smile or a greeting, I go to the department that interested me but no one comes to help me for at least 15 more minutes during my wait I witness a pitiful scene in front of me the "department head" scolding two poor newly hired kids in front of everyone with a really know-it-all !! AWFUL !!!!

A differenza dell'unieuro di Villarfocchiardo che sono sempre molto gentili.
