★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo partecipato al Mercatino Natalizio. Un ambiente piano terra un po' abbandonato, che invece meriterebbe di essere accogliente e dignitoso, proprio per la grande voglia dei Magistrati di renderlo accogliente per il pubblico, veramente numeroso.
We participated in the Christmas Market. A somewhat abandoned ground floor environment, which instead deserves to be welcoming and dignified, precisely because of the great desire of the Magistrates to make it welcoming to the public, truly numerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati a dir poco.... La signora del centralino risponde urlando e chiude la chiamata in faccia se viene chiesta un'informazione scomoda o che semplicemente obblighi l'operatrice ad alzarsi dalla sedia, che dire...spero che il Comune prenda atto di queste molteplici situazioni.
Purtroppo la maggior parte delle occupazioni statali è presidiata da operatori sfaticati,ignoranti e maleducati che probabilmente sono insoddisfatti della loro vita lavorativa.
Se ci si relaziona con il Pubblico credo sia necessariamente indispensabile essere cordiali, rispettosi e disponibili. Povera Italia.
Rude to say the least .... The switchboard lady answers screaming and closes the call in the face if an inconvenient information is requested or that simply forces the operator to get up from her chair, what can I say ... I hope the Municipality takes note of these multiple situations.
Unfortunately, most state occupations are manned by lazy, ignorant and rude operators who are likely dissatisfied with their working life.
If you relate to the public I believe it is necessarily essential to be cordial, respectful and available. Poor Italy.
