★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok prodotti (Portoncino blindato Gasperotti) e primo montaggio (il primo ragazzo che ha fatto i lavori è stato bravissimo e preciso) se non ché poi ci siamo accorti che il colore interno era bianco standard anziché effetto legno come richiesto in preventivo. Una svista dell'addetto alle vendite, che può succedere... Ma quello che poi è successo è stato inaccettabile: per rimediare (cambiare il pannello interno) hanno mandato altri operai praticamente senza attrezzatura, mi hanno smontato l'anta poggiandola sul mio zerbino e poi sul loro mezzo avevano praticamente solo 2 pezzi di polistirolo e una cinghia per proteggerla... Risultato? Spioncino maniglia e bordo rovinati, e anche il pannello nuovo appena messo era ammaccato in un angolo. Fatte foto, telefonate e varie e-mail, è passato un sacco di tempo... Dopo 3 mesi senza rispondere ho scritto una PEC (raccomandata elettronica) e mi hanno risposto in 3 ore dicendomi che non si erano dimenticati di me!! E alla fine dopo un altro mese ho ottenuto un'anta nuova, a suon di raccomandate elettroniche. Vista la nostra esperienza consiglio altri installatori per le porte Gasperotti.
Ok products (Gasperotti security door) and first assembly (the first guy who did the work was very good and precise) except then we realized that the interior color was standard white instead of wood effect as requested in the estimate. An oversight by the sales employee, which can happen ... But what happened then was unacceptable: to remedy (change the inner panel) they sent other workers practically without equipment, they disassembled the door and placed it on my doormat and then on their vehicle they had practically only 2 pieces of polystyrene and a strap to protect it ... Result? Door peephole and edge damaged, and even the new panel just put in was dented in one corner. Taking photos, phone calls and various e-mails, a lot of time has passed ... After 3 months without answering I wrote a PEC (electronic registered mail) and they replied in 3 hours telling me that they had not forgotten me !! And in the end, after another month I got a new door, to the sound of electronic registered mail. Given our experience, I recommend other installers for Gasperotti doors.
