Li abbiamo chiamati un sacco di volte per riparare una tapparella difettosa, sono venuti dopo mesi e non hanno risolto il problema. Ora li stiamo ancora chiamando da mesi per risolvere il problema e non abbiamo nessuna notizia. Unfortunately, the company pays little attention to maintenance. We called them loads of times to fix a faulty roller shutter, they came after months and they didn't fix the problem. Now we have been calling them for months to fix the problem and we have no news.

I have installed the windows less than a year ago. (12.000 €). C'è stato un piccolo problema risolto entro 24 ore. Bravi ragazzi! Very serious company, punctual in delivery times, fast in assembly. The fitters are very careful in finishing. There was a small problem fixed within 24 hours. Good guys!

Ho richiesto un intervento di manutenzione si infissi da loro installati piu' di sei mesi fa. Nonostante le molte mail di sollecito che ho inviato al fine di ottenere il servizio, vengo puntualmente e TUTTORA ignorata. Dovessi essere costretta a ristrutturare mai e poi mai mi servirei di loro. Just a few words that describe the professionalism of the technical staff of this company as well as the concept they have of customer care. I requested a maintenance intervention on the fixtures they installed more than six months ago. Despite the many reminder emails I sent in order to get the service, I am promptly and STILL ignored. If I were forced to renovate, I would never, ever use them.
