I macchinisti Sono volgari non gli si può mai dire nulla che la prendono sul personale. Un giorno stavo per salire sul treno con 2 minuti di anticipo e mi hanno chiuso le porte in faccia e sono partiti, senza parole. Per non parlare degli scioperi continui, se durante il lavoro facessero qualcosa li capirei invece stanno a parlare tutto il tempo tra di loro. come dimenticarsi poi del macchinista che scende a fare colazione e fa arrivare il treno in ritardo. Devo essere sincero non posso esista un treno peggiore di queato I have to give one star because I can't put 0 bad service tickets that fade. The machinists They are vulgar you can never tell them anything that they take it personally. One day I was about to get on the train 2 minutes early and they closed the doors in my face and left, speechless. Not to mention the continuous strikes, if during work they did something I would understand them instead they are talking to each other all the time. how can we forget the driver who gets off for breakfast and makes the train arrive late. I have to be honest there is no worse train than this

C	Claudio Del Vasto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I were subjected to strike/work slow down at the Venezia Mestre train station. We missed our train as a result of all the confusion. We were told that our 4 tickets could not be exchanged despite the work slow down. And so, Trenitalia employees very unjustly forced us to purchase a new set of 4 tickets for a later same day departure time. The total was 404 Euros !!! This was a major stressful ordeal !!! Not pleasant watching my daughter cry as I argued with Trenitalia employees. I had no idea that we purchased non-exchange tickets because the website was not easy to understand. REGARDLESS of this, our tickets should have been exchanged as a result of all the strike confusion. After returning back home, I contacted Trenitalia and they refused to refund my money. “Sorry, no refunds for strike/work slow down”. While most commuters will hopefully never experience this kind of torture, it’s important for customers to expose unconscionable Corporate behaviour. Shame on you Trenitalia! I am rating one star because appears system won’t let me give a ZERO star.
