Avevo sentito che il telefono non era il modo migliore x entrarci in contatto. Consiglio di recarsi lì di persona, non c'era nemmeno fila. Quando mi sono recata all'ufficio per l'iscrizione al registro residenti, i dipendenti sono sembrati annoiati e infastiditi dalla richiesta di svolgere il LORO lavoro. Fossi nell'amministrazione comunale, rivaluterei l'affidamento della gestione dei tributi a questa società. I agree with other users. They do not answer the phone or e-mails. When I went to the resident register office, the employees seemed bored and annoyed by the request to do THEIR job. If I were in the municipal administration, I would reevaluate the assignment of the management of taxes to this company.

Inutile dire che al numero di telefono indicato non risponde nessuno. Da persona disabile sono costretta a recarmi presso la sede. :-((( Bad service. Mi hanno mandato una cartella il giorno della scadenza.. ho mandato 2 email ed una pec .. non hanno mai risposto.. al telefono per ben due volte la signorina mi ha detto che avrebbe risposto alla email entro 24 ore ma ovviamente non lo ha fatto! Dovrebbe intervenire l’ente per la tutela dei consumatori ! Veramente vergognosi Bad! They sent me a folder on the deadline day .. I sent 2 emails and a pec .. they never answered .. on the phone twice the young lady told me that she would reply to the email within 24 hours but obviously she didn't done! The consumer protection body should intervene! Really ashamed

Anche alla mail la risposta è stata immediata. Che dire, forse è stata fortuna, o mi è andata bene perché ho chiamato entrambe le volte di mattina verso le 9. Provare!
