I applied for an eTA more than one month ago, and sent all the documents requested for the checks, but received no answer whatsoever after it.
I sent something like 30 e-mails, asking for an update, or to speak to someone able to help me, as I needed the eTA for an upcoming travel (at the beginning of May), nothing. I received literally 0 answers.
I basically lost my flight (organised and paid by my company) and a huge opportunity, because of this.
