Allerdings ist kein Therapeut in der Praxis von Freitag bis Montag Nachmittag, um mit Therapie und Ultraschallbehandlung die Schmerzen zu lindern und den Heilungsprozess voranzubringen. Sehr unbefriedigend. An X-ray was taken quickly and easily, luckily no injury, except severe bruising. However, there is no therapist in the practice from Friday to Monday afternoon to alleviate the pain with therapy and ultrasound treatment and to advance the healing process. Very unsatisfactory.

Внимательный и вежливый персонал уже внутри травма центра, однако, чтобы к ним попасть по страховке Snowcare, необходимо не просто предъявить свой скипасс, необходимо подняться на вершину горы, Concordia 2000, найти там доктора, доктор выпишет розовый бланк по страховому случаю и только с ним, с паспортом и скипасс можно попасть на прием к доктору травма центра. Все это без знания языка удалось выяснить только с 4 раза переговоров с девушкой на ресепшн. Либо просто никуда не двигаться, пока доктор не приедет на санках по вызову очевидцев. Нам сделали осмотр, рентген, наложили бандаж, все очень прилично, выдали с собой запись снимка. Страховка snowcare стоит 3€ в день. Она того стоит, иначе платный прием врача 150 €, рентген 70€. Mia moglie si è rotta la tibia sciando. dall'arrivo alle dimissioni siamo rimasti 6 ore (!), perchè le normali prenotazioni per lastre e risonanza passavano tutte prima di noi (...ma il concetto di emergenza?!). Zero empatia umana: non aiutavano mia moglie neanche nei movimenti per prepararsi alle diagnostiche... E conto salatissimo di quasi 1.000 euro. Non ha senso alcuno venire qui: tutti ci hanno spiegato che l'ospedale di Brunico è migliore in tutto (tempi compresi), e ovviamente SSNN. Very little. Non potrei giudicare la loro competenza medica, ma posso la loro organizzazione e comportamento che è pessimo. Il mio appuntamento era alle 11, alle 11:40 stavo ancora aspettando il mio turno, nel frattempo erano stati ricevuti altri pazienti con appuntamenti dopo di me... quello che ho capito è che o devi parlare tedesco, o essere loro cliente abituale o almeno essere Italiano, io sono straniero e non ho i requisiti che ho scritto, mi è sembrato un comportamento veramente razzista... non si sono neppure scusati. I couldn't judge their medical proficiency, but I can their organization and behavior which is bad. B	Barbara Gaeta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono caduta e mi sono fatta male al ginocchio . Ho preferito il Trauma center per fare prima , ho comunque aspettato 2 ore prima di essere visitata. Durante l’attesa nessuna premura verso i pazienti doloranti , ho chiesto del ghiaccio e la risposta è stata che lo avevano finito ( in un ospedale sotto le piste da sci????) e che non potevano aiutarmi ( zero empatia umana). Una signora con frattura al braccio e al ginocchio doveva andare al bagno e la ragazza del Desk ( unica simpaticissima rappresentante di tutto il personale nella sala di attesa a disposizione ) , poiché troppo intenta a lavorare seduta al computer ( evidentemente era più urgente inserire i dati dei pazienti per l’emissione delle salatissime fatture che alzarsi e dare una mano ) non si è dimostrata disponibile , la Signora è stata quindi aiutata dal marito e gli è svenuta tra le braccia ( a quel punto la mitica si è dovuta alzare per correre a prendere una barella …). Visita di dieci minuti e radiologia , 397 euro . Andate in ospedale , non ne vale assolutamente la pena . I fell and hurt my knee. While waiting, no concern for painful patients, I asked for ice and the answer was that they had finished it (in a hospital under the ski slopes ????) and that they could not help me (zero human empathy). A lady with a broken arm and knee had to go to the bathroom and the desk girl (the only very nice representative of all the staff in the waiting room available), because she was too busy working sitting at the computer (obviously it was more urgent to enter the data of patients for the issuance of the very high bills that get up and lend a hand) did not prove to be available, the Lady was then helped by her husband and passed out in his arms (at which point the legendary had to get up to run to take a stretcher ...). Ten-minute visit and radiology, 397 euros. Go to the hospital, it's absolutely not worth it.
