Una piacevole riscoperta fatta in questo fine settimana, in cui mi sono deliziato, sabato sera, con un meraviglioso piatto di alici fritte freschissime ed un contorno di broccoli all'insalata e domenica con gnocchi alla sorrentina e contorno di friarielli. Tutto delizioso e a prezzo ottimo. Servizio veloce. Cucina a vista. Questa storica attività mantiene lo standard di un tempo. Bravi proprio!!!
 I hadn't come to eat in this restaurant for years, despite living in the area. A pleasant rediscovery made this weekend, in which I delighted, on Saturday evening, with a wonderful plate of very fresh fried anchovies and a side of broccoli with salad and Sunday with gnocchi alla Sorrentina and a side of broccoli. All delicious and at a great price. Fast service. Open kitchen. This historic activity maintains the standard of the past. Well done !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima serata coccolati dalla gentilezza e dall'inconfondibile ospitalità partenopea con cui Salvatore e Vanna ci hanno accolti. Il cibo era buonissimo, ho mangiato una pasta e fagioli che era veramente spettacolare. Tutto davvero buonissimo. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
We spent a beautiful evening pampered by the kindness and unmistakable Neapolitan hospitality with which Salvatore and Vanna welcomed us. The food was very good, I ate a pasta and beans which was truly spectacular. All really yummy. We will definitely be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Italian food in a local setting. When we were looking for a restaurant I chose to forego al the well known touristy places. This is a restaurant frequented by locals who go there to have a very good Italian meal with no fuss. For Italians we were very early and were the first guests. We were welcomed by the lady of the house who is the cook when her husband takes over the service department. The restaurant itself is bare, no fancy things. Lots of shiny tiles and simple furniture. We both enjoyed the food a lot, I don't eat fish and had a great evening and my partner had a gourmet fish evening. It is not a cheap place but you get good authentic food. A gem!
