Antipasto! 1/4 di pera con gorgonzola( forse nell’attesa il cuoco si sarà mangiato la restante pera) e mezzo peperone con una salsa pomodoro e tonno. Ulteriore attesa nei primi. Vere le recensioni sul fatto della pasta scotta e aggiungo insipida . L’unico punto a suo favore è che i funghi erano freschi. Ancora attesa per i secondi , trota spaccata nella media però accompagnata da un contorno di patate surgelate, scandaloso dal momento che si cerca di valorizzare la cucina piemontese. Ultima portata il gelato !! Anche qui una minuscola pallina di gelato! Conto esagerato, addirittura 2€ di supplemento per un pugnetto di pasta che loro chiamano abbondante. Sapori genuini e semplici prezzi modici, peccato che gli antipasti un po' troppo freddi: vero che vanno serviti freddi, ma ho la.sensazione che siano usciti direttamente dal frigo. Eccellente la trota in carpione. Buono il maiale anche se il pomodoro copre il gusto dello stesso. Freschissima e delicata la trota fritta. Pesca con amaretto e cioccolato: amaretto insapore. Il cioccolato, dov'era? Peccato! Porzioni abbondanti, prezzi economicissimi, proprietario gentile e cortese. Free-range and definitely 80's. Genuine flavors and simple, moderate prices, it's a pity that the appetizers are a bit too cold: it is true that they should be served cold, but I have the feeling that they came straight out of the fridge. The marinated trout is excellent. Pork is good even if the tomato covers the taste of the same. The fried trout is very fresh and delicate. Peach with amaretto and chocolate: tasteless amaretto. Ho apprezzato sopratutto tra gli antipasti il flan la mousse di trota e le uova al verde.ottima la trota fritta. Apprezzabili i dolci. Prezzi contenuti. Carta dei vini (non so dare giudizi ..ma era ricca) Dinner al fresco on the veranda. Exquisite and attentive staff. Exquisite quality of courses as per reviews. I especially appreciated the flan, trout mousse and green eggs among the starters. Excellent fried trout. The desserts are appreciated. Low prices. Wine list (I can't judge ... but it was rich)

La scelta dei vini rigorosamente piemontesi , abbiamo mangiato molto bene, piatti semplici e ben preparati, unica pecca è la presentazione dei piatti troppo minimalista.
