I	IlVerista ComeVerga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onestamente non capisco come mai tutte queste recensioni negative sulla gentilezza dei proprietari, a nostro parere sono stati molto disponibili e cortesi. Del menù possiamo valutare solo la parte Bistrot e non il ristorante. Prezzi modici (66€ per due primi, due secondi, due calici di vino, un dolce, acqua e caffè). Il cibo normale, ma ripeto menù Bistrot, il menù ristorante è molto più elaborato con prezzi a portata 30€/cad indipendentemente da ciò che si prende. Complessivamente abbiamo mangiato normale (come in un tre stelle) I honestly don't understand why all these negative reviews about the kindness of the owners, in our opinion they were very helpful and courteous. Of the menu we can only evaluate the Bistrot part and not the restaurant. Moderate prices (€ 66 for two first courses, two second courses, two glasses of wine, a dessert, water and coffee). Normal food, but I repeat Bistrot menu, the restaurant menu is much more elaborate with prices ranging from 30 € / each regardless of what you take. Overall we ate normal (like in a three star)

L'intenzione dello chef sarebbe quella di una cucina raffinata e di alto livello ma purtroppo non ne è all'altezza. 30 euro a piatto, di qualsiasi tipo, è assolutamente eccessivo. Antipasto di salumi tipici ma pur sempre salumi, secondo di manzo, cotto troppo da risultare stopposo e servito con una banale mezzaluna di polenta. Un pò più di umiltà e una riduzione dei prezzi sarebbero auspicabili. I accidentally happened upon this restaurant. Ambitious menu, dishes described in a detailed and redundant way. The chef's intention would be that of a refined and high-level cuisine but unfortunately it is not up to it. 30 euros per dish, of any kind, is absolutely excessive. Appetizer of typical cured meats but still cured meats, second course of beef, overcooked to be stringy and served with a banal crescent of polenta. A little more humility and a reduction in prices would be desirable.

The chef is an artist, the food was absolute perfection. And he very generously completely remade several dishes for my husband who is allergic to wheat. He even said he'd make him his special buckwheat noodle recipe the next day without wheat flour! The dining room is lovely and calm, good wine selection, desserts are brilliant too. We can't say enough about this place, it is divine.
