L'attenzione al cliente ha caratterizzato negativamente la mia esperienza! Locale semi-vuoto: un signore che veniva servito ed io in coda. Arriva un barista di un locale e viene servito prima. Mi pare di aver capito che l'acquisto fosse per utilizzo personale, non per l'utilizzo lavorativo. Questo comportamento, senza nessun accenno non mi ha fatto piacere. Semi-empty room: a gentleman who was served and I queued. A local bartender arrives and is served first. It seems to me that I understood that the purchase was for personal use, not for business use. This behavior, without any hint, did not please me.

Purtroppo non ci sono le brioches senza glutine. Good Bakery, I bought only Gluten Free products, good but "little" choice. There was typical bread, bread, breadsticks, plumcake tarts and focaccia. Unfortunately there are no gluten-free croissants.

Il panificatore conosce bene il suo mestiere perché sforna varie formature tutte perfette. I prezzi sono corretti. Il pane di segale e ai cereali sono tra i miei preferiti. Ottimi anche gli gnocchi apprezzabili per la loro morbidezza e il gusto delicato e dominante di patate. Consiglierei anche la focaccia condita nel modo giusto e, per i golosi, di assaggiare l'ottimo plumcake. L'unico aspetto negativo ce lo offre, purtroppo, una delle due titolari o commesse. Infatti, una dimostra di essere poco garbata, scostante e poco disponibile con i turisti, pare quasi infastidita della loro presenza, viceversa il comportamento cambia in meglio con i residenti del luogo: affabile, bendisposta al dialogo, così entro nel negozio solo nel turno dell'altra, invece brava e accogliente, addetta alla vendita. Ho levato due stelle perchè credo che la cortesia debba essere al primo posto nei confornti del cliente. The Gobbi Frattini bakery is located in the central street of Bormio, that is, via Roma. The gnocchi are also excellent, appreciable for their softness and the delicate and dominant taste of potatoes. I would also recommend the focaccia seasoned in the right way and, for those with a sweet tooth, to taste the excellent plumcake. The only negative aspect is unfortunately offered to us by one of the two owners or orders. In fact, one proves to be not very polite, unfriendly and not very helpful with tourists, it seems almost annoyed by their presence, vice versa the behavior changes for the better with the residents of the place: affable, well-disposed to dialogue, so I enter the shop only in the turn of the the other, on the other hand, good and welcoming, in charge of sales. I raised two stars because I believe that courtesy should be at the forefront of the customer.

Per non parlare dei biscotti con gocce di cioccolato e del pluncake che sembra appena sfornato. Tutto accompagnato dalla gentilissima signora, disponibile e molto cordiale. Peccato non ci sia un posto così a Milano Small paradise for those who follow a gluten-free diet. Few products but of the highest quality. Delicious focaccia and bread. Not to mention the chocolate chip cookies and the pluncake that looks fresh from the oven. All accompanied by the very kind lady, helpful and very friendly. Too bad there isn't such a place in Milan
