Questo pane racconta la storia di una famiglia appassionata del proprio lavoro, non è semplice pane. Le fette biscottate poi sono buonissime, talmente buone da mangiarle senza nemmeno la marmellata. Complimenti al signore Davide!
Excellent bread, really like it used to be, made with sourdough and ingredients of the highest quality. This bread tells the story of a family passionate about their work, it is not just bread. The rusks are also very good, so good to eat them without even the jam. Congratulations to Mr. David!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto caratteristica, la panetteria è rinomata per le sue paste secche, tra le più buone che abbia mai mangiato!!! Basti dire che a me non piacciono le paste di meliga e queste invece non solo le mangio, ma ne sono molto golosa, per non parlare delle praline cioccolato fondente e nocciole, una squisitezza!!! Tappa obbligata se si passa da Calcinere.
Very characteristic, the bakery is renowned for its dry pastries, among the best I've ever eaten !!! Suffice it to say that I do not like corn cakes and these instead I not only eat them, but I am very greedy, not to mention the dark chocolate and hazelnut pralines, a delicacy !!! A must if you go through Calcinere.
