★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely restaurant that serves traditional Roman foods. There was a bit of a wait for a table. The menu is in Italian and unfortunately they didn't have an English one but the waiter was happy to explain the dishes. We had soup for starter which had lentils and barley and was very tasty. For mains I had the mushroom risotto and my partner had lasagna. I wasn't too fond of my risotto as it didn't taste of mushrooms at all even though there were plenty in there. My partner enjoyed his lasagna but there wasn't much meat sauce in it. For dessert we had the Tiramisu which was nice but mainly consisted of cream, hardly any sponge and couldn't taste any coffee in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishes are great, but. Overall, not a tourist-friendly place, the menu is hand-written with chalk in Italian. Difficult to understand and you feel under pressure when it is busy and two men serve the whole place. The atmosphere is not cozy at all, old uncomfortable chairs, small tables, a bit middle-age vibes, dark, cool. I found it slightly overrated, particularly due to the service and overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful meal. As many people say, it's a hidden gem. The menu is in Italian and you have to Google and translate many of the dishes. Still, the food was great. The house wine was also great!.

If you want to try traditional/grate pasta, you really have to come in this place!
Very friendly staff and very good food!
