Abbiamo preso le fettuccine all'amatriciana e il tagliere con la coratella la trippa e i salumi..
E il mitico carciofo..
Che dire.. da ripetere..presto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un menù molto abbondante, forse troppo. Pinse fatte con una lunghissima lievitazione, quindi molto digeribili ma non eccezionali. Ottimi i fritti e le uova al tartufo (anche se non condiviso la scelta di metterci del sugo di pomodoro). I panini potrebbero essere migliorato perché la carne degli hamburger non è male ma il formaggio e il pane stesso potrebbero essere meglio. Ottime le birre artigianali alla spina. Squisito il servizio. Sono ancora in fase di avvio quindi il potenziale è altissimo.
A very extensive menu, perhaps too much. Pinse made with a very long leavening, therefore very digestible but not exceptional. Excellent fried and truffle eggs (although not shared the choice to put tomato sauce). The sandwiches could be improved because the burger meat is not bad but the cheese and the bread itself could be better. Excellent craft beers on tap. Exquisite service. I'm still in the starting phase so the potential is very high.
