Il gusto della tradizione accompagnato dalla cortesia del proprietario. Le pietanze che si possono gustare: antipasto ( che poi è un misto di specialità del luogo :patate e peperoni, melanzana ripiena, polpetta di carne... ) scilatelle fatte come da tradizione con il ferretto , pasta al forno ripiena , salsiccia piccante e tanto altro... buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.. Antipasto freddo con salumi genuini, sapori sinceri tutto il resto. Pasta ben cotta e sughi come in famiglia. Ottimo l'abbinamento zucca-porcino, equilibrato. Morsello verace. Melanzane ripiene delicate, il sugo poteva essere un poco più ricco. Prezzo adeguato, contenuto. Nel complesso consigliabile. Just behind the Palazzo della Regione. P	Peppe Bruno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio capo ad una squadra di operai di Napoli e dopo circa un'anno dall'ultimo lavoro svolto a Catanzaro siamo ritornati in questa trattoria con il ricordo di aver mangiato veramente bene in un bel contesto familiare e abbiamo constatato piacevolmente che tutto è rimasto invariato. Consiglio vivamente sia la gente del posto che altri colleghi operai di fare un'esperienza in questo contesto per confermare quanto detto sottolineando il fatto che i prezzi veramente contenuti sono la classica ciliegina sulla torta. ?? I head for a team of workers from Naples and after about a year since the last work done in Catanzaro we returned to this trattoria with the memory of having eaten really well in a nice family context and we caused everyone that everything remained unchanged. I highly recommend both the locals and other workers colleagues to experience in this context to confirm what has been said stressing the fact that the prices really contained are the classic icing on the cake. ??
S	Serafino De Vincenti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato a Catanzaro per cure mediche, la vecchiaia è alle porte, mio padre mi racconta che quando era giovane, negli anni 60, andava sempre in un localino, sito vicino alla prefettura di Catanzaro, dove mangiava 2 o 3 pezzi di Mursieddu con la pitta, cioè la trippa con patate, tagliata a strisce ed infilata in un terzo di ciambella di pane. All'ospedale mi informo dove poteva trovarsi questo posto, trasferito via dalla prefettura dove andava mio padre. Mi risponde che era proprio vicino all'ospedale, su una collina che sormonta il palazzo della regione Calabria. Abbiamo prenotato ed il proprietario, il signor Salvatore Mauro ci accontenta subito ci porta 2 mursieddu nella pitta, come da foto, molto buone. Pagato il conto, dopo momenti di ricordi tra mio padre ed il proprietario del ristorante, quest'ultimo ci regala una bottiglia del suo vino con l'etichetta personalizzata, roba da collezione. Appena riusciamo ci ritorniamo. Da visitare assolutamente.
