Fino all'ottavo hanno accesso i dipendenti, mentre dal nono in poi solo determinate persone. Ultimamente a seguito della morte del presente in carica Jole Santelli, il palazzo ha preso il suo nome.
The regional citadel is a building that houses all the offices of the Region. It is divided into several floors. Up to the eighth, employees have access, while from the ninth onwards only certain people have access. Lately, following the death of the present in charge Jole Santelli, the building took its name.
