M	Maria Bonina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiedete com'era la trattoria Trovato, posso dirvi che era grande, super affollata, senza l'osservanza di nessuna norma anti covid. Tutti correvano e la gente aspettava (lunga attesa) per poi sedersi a tavola per consumare un misero menù, dalla qualità sotto la media, agli stessi prezzi degli altri locali della medesima zona. Mi rincresce dirlo, ma è stata una vera delusione. You ask me what the Trattoria Trovore was like, I can tell you that it was large, super crowded, without observing any anti-covid regulations. Everyone ran and people waited (long wait) and then sat down to eat a poor menu, of below average quality, at the same prices as the other places in the same area. I'm sorry to say, but it was a real disappointment.

Squisita cucina, gentili e simpatici padroni di casa. Già da bambino, mio nonno mi portava in questo posto meraviglioso. E ancora oggi, quando vado a trovare i miei parenti in Sicilia, venire qui fa parte del mio programma abituale. Non perdete tempo a pensare se vale la pena venire qui ... Venite e non ve ne pentirete! Trattoria, Metzgerei, Käserei, ... mein Lieblingsgericht: "Castrato" am Grill - ausgezeichnet!!! Alles aus eigener Produktion. Hervorragende Küche, nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Schon als Kind nahm mich mein Grossvater mit an diesen wunderbaren Ort. Und auch heute noch, wenn ich meine Verwandten in Sizilien besuche, gehört der Besuch hierher zu meinem festen Programm. Kurz gesagt ... Komm, du wirst es nicht bereuen! Trattoria, carnicería, quesería, ... mi plato preferido: cordero a la parrilla - ¡¡excelente!! Todo la producción propia. Excelente cocina, muy amables anfitriones. Ya de niño, mi abuelo me llevó a este maravilloso lugar. Y aún hoy, cuando visito a mis familiares en Sicilia, venir aquí forma parte de mi programa habitual. No pierdas el tiempo pensando si vale la pena venir aquí... ¡Ven y no te arrepentirás! Trattoria, butcher, dairy, ... my favorite dish: Grilled mutton - excellent !! All of own production. Exquisite cuisine, kind and friendly hosts. Even as a child, my grandfather used to take me to this wonderful place. Dopo l'attesa "solo per sapere la disponibilità" per un tavolo di oltre 30 minuti, finalmente ci accomodiamo in un tavolo "condiviso" con altre persone, altri circa 45 minuti di attesa per apparecchiare il tavolo "bicchieri a parte" in quanto ci siamo dovuti alzare noi a prenderli. Ordiniamo antipasto della casa, primo e secondo con contorno e dopo altri 25 minuti circa arrivano le "scarse" portate, dove in altri posti simili trovi il ben di Dio che non sai dove mettere i piatti sul tavolo. Beh passa un' altra ora per aspettare il primo piatto, allora gentilmente comunico che possiamo passare direttamente al secondo in quanto essendo le ore 16 non ho intenzione di alzarmi alle 20 dal tavolo. Arriva finalmente il secondo, senza contorno (sembra un barzelletta ma purtroppo non lo é) di secondo livello, meglio non soffermarci. Vado per pagare, faccio notare il tutto, mi viene risposto che il prezzo rimane invariato in quanto il contorno non si paga (scontata come risposta). Non vi dico la cifra, ma basta dire che non hanno rilasciato nemmeno lo scontrino. Se potessi non darei nemmeno una stella. MAI PIÙ! Experience to forget! After waiting "just to know the availability" for a table of over 30 minutes, we finally settle in a table "shared" with other people, another 45 minutes of waiting to set the table "glasses apart" as there we had to get up to get them. We order the house appetizer, first and second course with side dish and after about another 25 minutes the "scarce" courses arrive, where in other similar places you will find the goodness that you don't know where to put the dishes on the table. Well another hour goes by to wait for the first dish, then I kindly communicate that we can go directly to the second one as being 4 pm I have no intention of getting up at 8 pm from the table. Finally comes the second, without a side dish (it seems a joke but unfortunately it is not) of the second level, better not to linger. I go to pay, I point out everything, I am told that the price remains unchanged as the side dish is not paid (discounted as an answer). I won't tell you the figure, but suffice it to say that they have not even issued the receipt. If I could I wouldn't even give a star. NEVER AGAIN!

Nessun controllo dei clienti in giro tra i tavoli. La cucina sottodimensionato per soddisfare i clienti un Antipasto x2 scarso un primo con funghi inesistenti, la grigliata mista con solo salsiccia e castrato.. ma almeno il dolce della casa era rimasto.. una giornata da dimenticare First of all, the absence of anticovid regulations, the rooms full with tables of more than 4 people, the management of reservations absent all badly organized only availability of a boy Michele who swings between the tables to please everyone.
