Le tagliatelle ai funghi davvero ottime e gli antipasti che ci hanno portato erano sfiziosi e vari..non siamo arrivati al secondo, ma ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo Typical trattoria, but with an extra eye for detail and quality! The really good tagliatelle with mushrooms and the appetizers they brought us were delicious and varied .. we didn't get to the second one, but we will definitely return. Highly recommended

Il locale è molto suggestivo, immerso nella natura e in un'ottima posizione, in quanto si trova nel centro del paese di Floresta. Abbiamo optato per antipasto, primo e secondo, tutto a base di carne e con prodotti locali tipici. Era tutto squisito! ottimo equilibrio qualità-prezzo. Locale pulito e personale gentile e molto attento a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta e curiosità. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò presto e volentieri! I had lunch in this restaurant with my boyfriend on the second Sunday of October. The restaurant is very suggestive, surrounded by nature and in an excellent position, as it is located in the center of the town of Floresta. We opted for an appetizer, first and second course, all based on meat and with typical local products. It was all delicious! excellent balance between quality and price. Clean place and friendly staff who are very attentive to satisfy our every request and curiosity. Highly recommended, I'll be back soon and gladly!

In realtà non era ancora libero e prendevano tempo dicendo che lo stavano ancora soarcchiando Gli antipasti erano buoni e abbondanti. Del menu fisso che ci hanno proposto loro (come unica scelta) avevano finito i maccheroni, quindi hanno preparato entro i primi con le tagliatelle. Le tagliatelle al ragù di maiale dei Nebrodi non erano granché. Le tagliatelle ai funghi e tritato di maiale erano ben fatti. Nel secondo, grigliata mista, alcuni pezzi di carne non erano da servire altri erano ottimi. E giacche avevamo visto un cameriere che veniva con una vista della macelleria, suppongo che hanno messo della carne fresca appena comprata con altra che meritava il prepensionamento. Il servizio lentissimo, ben 3 ore per servire 3 portate. Si sono giustificati he un tavolo li aveva messo in confusione. Magra consolazione per chi aspetta. Servizi igienici inguardabili. Conclusione ogni portata aveva dei prego e dei diretti, sia nei primi che nei secondi. L'unica cosa ineccepibile sono stati gli antipasti. Perso ale gentile ma inadeguato alla situazione. Esperienza che non credo ripeteremo. Not too good experience. They booked us a table for 2.30pm and we spent almost an hour waiting for the table to be cleared. In reality he wasn't free yet and they were taking their time saying they were still overpowering him The starters were good and plentiful. Of the fixed menu that they proposed to us (as the only choice) they had run out of macaroni, so they prepared the first with tagliatelle. Nebrodi's tagliatelle with pork ragout were not that good. The mushroom and chopped pork noodles were well done. In the second, mixed grill, some pieces of meat were not to be served others were excellent. And since we had seen a waiter who came with a view of the butcher's, I suppose they put some fresh meat they had just bought with another that deserved early retirement. The very slow service, 3 hours to serve 3 courses. They justified that a table had confused them. Little consolation for those who wait. Unwatchable toilets. Conclusion Each course had some prayers and directives, both in the first and second courses. The only fault was the starters. Lost ale kind but inadequate to the situation. Experience that I do not think we will repeat.

Il proprietario cordiale così come i ragazzi in sala.ho trovato tutto molto genuino dagli antipasti (prosciutto crudo con pistacchio top) ai primi con pasta fresca. Consiglio i maccheroni con il sugo di maiale nero ..davvero tutto buono, prezzi giusti per la qualità del cibo. Abbiamo concluso il pasto con la cheesecake alla ricotta con pistacchio..davvero tutto molto buono. Ci ritorneremo Characteristic mountain restaurant in the heart of Floresta. The friendly owner as well as the guys in the room.I found everything very genuine from the appetizers (raw ham with pistachio top) to the first courses with fresh pasta. I recommend the macaroni with black pork sauce .. really all good, fair prices for the quality of the food. We concluded the meal with the ricotta cheesecake with pistachio .. really all very good. We will be back
