★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattoria con 100 anni di storia alle spalle ma Clelia, lo schef, ha saputo rinnovare, innovare nel segno della tradizione. Paroldo ha 200 abitanti, di più i clienti della trattoria. Menù fisso, entrè di benvenuto, poi 2 antipasti, due primi, un secondo e dessert. Non vi dico cosa ho mangiato xché potrebbe cambiare ..... cimunque materie prime di qualità elevata, saggiamente elaborate. Brava Clelia. Prezzo medio, ampia la cantina. Prezzo medio (35-40 €) ma ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
 Trattoria with 100 years of history behind it but Clelia, the schef, has been able to renew, innovate in the name of tradition. Paroldo has 200 inhabitants, plus the customers of the restaurant. Set menu, welcome entrè, then 2 appetizers, two first courses, a second course and dessert. I won't tell you what I ate because it could change ..... anyway high quality raw materials, wisely elaborated. Well done Clelia. Average price, large cellar. Average price (35-40 €) but excellent value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza culinaria indescrivibile in positivo. Come un semplice piatto di pasta (taglierin alle nocciole), magistralmente preparato, può illuminarti la giornata con la sua esplosione di sapore.
Indescribable dining experience in positive. Like a simple pasta dish (taglierin with hazelnuts), masterfully prepared, it can brighten your day with its explosion of flavor.

The tasting menu is as unexpected as it is pleasant, with four entrees ranging from vegetables to fish to meat; two first courses, including tajarin with hazelnuts (perhaps a herb is missing to dampen the roughness of the 'queen'), a second course of your choice and an excellent dessert. The winery is very well stocked, focused on the territory. A cozy place for couples or friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the most amazing food i think I’ve had in Italy so far, and I’ve been to bologna, Turin, Milan, rome- just incredible food and lovely service, in a tiny but wonderful town, surrounded by lavender fields. A superb experience.

Very important if you fine in and appreciate the wine, two good B&B nearby, the nearest @250 m. Very good choice, recommend
