★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very nice meal here with our kids. Lovely street location next to the Basilica. Food was high quality and tasty. My insalata mista was a bit disappointing (lettuce and tomato only) but overall had a great meal and would certainly come back again.

The service can be a tiny bit slow, but you won't care, in fact you'll probably thank them for it because the space is so wonderful. Why would you want to hurry in a place like this with you children happily playing on the plaza and a good glass of local Ripasso in front of you?

The restaurant was open until midnight, but already at 11.00 the staff started collecting the chairs around our table, removing the tablecloths etc. so we felt as if they wanted us to leave. The food didn't taste local/authentic (the gnocchi I had were not homemade). On the good side, the service was fast.
