★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this place on Google as „low price & cool” so we go there ;place which is in the downtown but not on the main streets. We were the only clients but it’s totally ok - we have the beginning of December and it’s totally off season :)
We wait...5-7 minutes? For pizzas. The people were very kind and what suprised us the most was the fact that The Cook came to our table with order.
Pizzas were delicious with amazing smell of spieces. The Pepe one smells like baked paprika and it was totally amazing
We found place with perfect pizza in low price and people who create this pizzeria as kindly and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzeria Vesuvio is present in Verona since 1964 and is located in the charming Regaste San Zeno embankment area, just ~7 min pleasant walking along the Adige river from the Medieval “Castelvecchio” Scaligeri Castle. I’d recommend it mostly for the beautiful outdoor seating with views over the castle and benefiting from the river breeze during warm summer nights. Rustic indoor furniture and family vibe. Traditional pizza menu with limited choice and not Neapolitan dough/DOP tomatoes for those of you looking for a special pizza experience. Pizza Tonno e Cipolla (Tomato, Cheese, Tuna and Onion; 7.50€) and Coca-Cola Zero in Lattina (Coca-Cola Zero can; 2.50€). FYI no french fries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large selection of all kinds of pizzas. It is amazing how Italians can put almost anything on a pizza, but start crying about pineapple. Only come here for a pizza, as that is their focus. Pasta dishes are not so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good: After we ordered it only took about 5 min until our food arrived. It was really delicious. The variety of Pizza you can order is enormous. The prices are quite good.
Bad: Although we ordered we had to wait 15min until our table was free.
