★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent flavors, service and wine suggestions. The duck ravioli and the fresh tomato puree with cuttlefish were off the chart.
The cod with truffle sauce also amazed, the cod was rate and moist, melting in your mouth.

They have an exceptional wine cellar with resident wine expert Lucca to help you pair the best with each course. The desserts are also inventive and delicious. Trattoria Marsupino is our favorite restaurant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no words to describe this magical place. In the heart of Piemonte region, a small town called Mondovì Is the home of this amazing hotel and old restaurant. The food is amazing, the wine selection is stunning ! And the service is beyond compare !!! Must visit if in this part of Italy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my third time eating here during the past decade. The restaurant has fallen significantly. Service was consistently lacking with a 30 min wait after seating to take an order, wait staff who were not available when needed, confusion about what was ordered and a general lack of attentiveness that was really unexpected. The 76 page wine list was not available except on the tiny screen of a cell phone.
I found the serving sizes to be very small. The food was very good to excellent and the deserts were outstanding.
Unless I hear that they have significantly improved I will not be going back nor recommending to a friend.
