Nel particolare la proprietaria lavora su chiamata, anche solo per due coperti, non la trovate sempre aperta, bisogna chiamare! Cucina vegetariana... Gustosissima, km 0, piatti classici,rivisitati. Attenzione!!!!!! Uscirete scoppiando: un menù che non è fisso talmente ricco che probabilmente non avrete voglia di chiedere altro... PS:anche mio figlio ha mangiato ed apprezzato la cucina! Una full immersion nei sapori della terra: è proprio questa la cosa che mi ha colpito, aver cenato come fossi seduta in mezzo ad una macchia incontaminata. Ogni piatto aveva con sè i sapori della terra, potevi sentirne quasi la rugiada e l'amore di chi li ha ideati e creati. Materie di ottima qualità, piatti squisiti di una cucina tradizionale ma rivisitati in maniera originale e "vegetale" . Il tutto ancor più valorizzato dalla dolcezza della proprietaria e dalla presentazione delle sue creazioni culinarie. Posto consigliato soprattutto a chi, pur onnivoro, ha voglia di dare possibilità alla cucina vegetariana e vegana di non essere più categorizzata negativamente come "povera", "incompleta", "insapore": qui ,da Zenzero, si è elevata la cucina alla sua dignità più aulica! Chapeau! Exceptional experience, cozy, well-kept, clean place, with the fresh colors of nature. Viole la proprietaria, una persona gentile, squisita, che ama davvero quello che fa e soddisfare i clienti o meglio metterli a loro agio e coccolarli. Ci siamo Stati ieri a pranzo io ed una mia amica. Prezzi giusti per la bontà e la preparazione. Prodotti freschissimi. Raccomandato e sicuramente ci torneremo appena riorganizziamo un'uscita su Taranto Sublime cuisine. Viole the owner, a kind, exquisite person, who really loves what she does and satisfying customers or rather putting them at ease and pampering them. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il costo del menù del giorno. There were more than places like this: genuine and homemade cuisine but always served with taste, so as to satisfy all the senses. Very nice and helpful staff. The cost of the menu of the day is excellent.

It is also suitable for pescatarians and the owner is an absolute delight! Tot recommended and will definitely be back! Pro tip: try the ricotta cheese mousse desert with cherries in top! ?

The appetizer was a long list of traditional dishes revisited for us vegans. Pasta was Amazing and we couldn’t it our “meat” since we were full so we had to take it home - that was a nice idea! I loved the concept of having the chef/owner coming to our table explaining the menu. She would cook everyday something different according to what fresh ingredients she finds at the market and also cooking with inspiration. We will go back!
