Trato excelente.
Excellent treatment. You have to try the olives stuffed with minced meats "olive fritte" and the fried pastry cream "cremini fritti" which are a specialty of the area and are super delicious. Also i Passatelli and the tiramisù, exceptional. Extensive wine list.

I booked thanks to the excellent reviews read on the internet and actually it was an absolutely positive experience, starting from the well-kept location inside to the service that I would define impeccable by all the waiters who served us. We had an appetizer (crunchy egg), a first course (spaghetti alla carbonara) and two cut with lard. I think the carbonara is one of the best I've ever eaten and even the tagliata has absolutely not disappointed expectations. All accompanied by a Lacrima di Morro d'Alba from 2019, an excellent pairing, in any case the wine list is immense so you will have the possibility to choose between many bottles. Account as in the photo, € 110 for two, which in my opinion fits everything with the level of the place and the dishes served. The negative reviews of the writer "eh, but it's not a trattoria make me laugh!" as if Bottura's Franciscan tavern were a place where they serve bread and salami. Oh well, it is true that the social networks that have allowed everyone to have their say have done more damage than anything else. The next time we return to these parts we will definitely be back.

Very Good Restaurant

Very good, but not without its flaws. As usual the food was very good - lovely homemade pasta, and then what you go to the Marmetta for, the meat - excellent. An interesting and well presented selection of desserts, (a change from Zuppa Inglese and Tiramisu) we ate well (four people on a Thursday evening). The service was friendly and efficient and if your Italian is a bit ropey some English is spoken. Having written that: There is no house wine and their basic Rosso Piceno is a poor example for €10, other restaurants offer better quality wine a lower price. There was no ragu! An Italian restaurant without ragu? Unheard of. Poor. It is at the top of the price range for this standard, acceptable but only just.

Fantastic restaurant! Calling it a trattoria is a misname. The food offering, quality and service are outstanding. The wine cellar and spirt list is unique and certainly the best in the province of Fermo. The food is not only good, it is presented and served as in a first class restaurant. It could easily match Michelin Starred staples if the owners wanted to. Unnecessary effort. This is a great place as is. WoW! {...and if Kurni's father Marco Casolanetti dines there, then you know that this is a very unique place.}
