Tipicamente qui si gusta un ottima fiorentina magari potrete nell'attesa gustare un tagliere di affettati toscani, non perdetevi la sbriciolona simile alla finocchiona, prosciutto tagliato a coltello fegatini etc. I formaggi sono stagionati e molto gustosi. Durante il periodo invernale la ribollita è un'ottimo piatto per potersi riscaldare, ma ci sono anche paste tirate a mano con condimenti ottimi, consiglio il condimento bianco di ragù di faraona. Cantucci vino cotto e caffè per concludere, buon appetito. Welcoming location typical tavern here you are welcomed by the chef Pierpaolo and the staff, very friendly the menu and the wine list have a wide and tasty choice. Typically, here you can taste an excellent Florentine, maybe you can while waiting enjoy a platter of Tuscan cold cuts, do not miss the crumbling similar to finocchiona, prosciutto cut with a knife livers etc. The cheeses are mature and very tasty. During the winter the ribollita is an excellent dish to warm up, but there are also hand-rolled pasta with excellent seasonings, I recommend the white guinea fowl ragù sauce. Puoi assaggiare i classici salumi affettati a mano e i pici fatti a mano accompagnati da un intramontabile nobile di montepulciano. Bravi complimenti da provare consigliatissima Nice and cozy little place. Typical Tuscan cuisine but I would say the Val d'Orcia area, in my opinion the best. You can taste the classic hand-sliced cured meats and hand-made pici accompanied by a timeless noble of montepulciano. Good compliments to try highly recommended
