Posto top, veramente consigliato per chi si trova nei paragi di Filettino!! I prodotti sono sempre freschi e tradizionali e la pasta all'uovo fatta a mano è speciale. Le porzioni sono sempre abbondanti e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Raccomandatissimo Every time I have been to Enrico and Rosa Maria I have always eaten very well. The products are always fresh and traditional and the handmade egg pasta is special. Rosamaria ed Enrico i proprietari e cucinieri : Miriam ed Angela le figlie servono ai tavoli. Se passate per Filettino non potete non andare. Genuine food of their production: from meats to cheeses to eggs. Family atmosphere with very friendly and friendly owners. Il cibo è semplice ma genuino. L'ambiente è nello stile di trattoria di paese. Enrico e la sua famiglia (moglie, figlie e nipoti) sono davvero persone squisite e autentiche. L'ospitalità è davvero al top.
