Personale gentile e disponibile, unica piccola critica (costruttiva, per ambire al 10 e lode in tutto) riguarda i tempi di attesa, davvero un po’ troppo lunghi. Really very nice place and excellent quality of raw materials, combined with taste and creativity in the preparation. Friendly and helpful staff, the only small criticism (constructive, to aim for 10 and praise in everything) concerns the waiting times, which are really a bit too long.

Parcheggio gratuito. Ci siamo accomodati ad un tavolo. Letto il menù abbiamo optato per i piatti tipici della tradizione salentina e pugliese: ciciri e tria (pasta maltagliata fresca al'uovo , con pezzi della stessa fritti croccanti e ceci bianchi), fave e cicorie, un dolce, vino ottimo della casa. Location illuminata a luce soffusa, con i tavolini nel cortile del piccolo Castello ci ha rapiti...come quasi in un viaggio nel medioevo. Prezzi un po alti. While wandering around the places, festivals, beauties of Salento, one evening we stopped for dinner in Lucugnano, in this Trattoria called "Castello di Momo". Free parking. We sat down at a table. Having read the menu we opted for the typical dishes of the Salento and Apulian tradition: ciciri and tria (fresh maltagliata pasta with egg, with crispy fried pieces of the same and white chickpeas), broad beans and chicory, a sweet, excellent house wine. Location illuminated in soft light, with the tables in the courtyard of the small castle has kidnapped us ... as if almost on a trip to the Middle Ages. A little high prices.

Antipasto salentino doc, purè di fave e cicoria, amaro e piccantino al punto giusto, e allo stesso tempo delicato, accompagnato da gustosi crostini di pane fritto. Orecchiette con le cime di rapa davvero buone. Un calamaro ripieno di zucchine su crema di pomodorini e peperoni, una grigliata mista e un fritto misto con pesce e molluschi freschi, saporiti e tenerissimi. Millefoglie cheescake sorbetto e soufflé al cioccolato per concludere una ottima cena. Un rosato di Primitivo, fresco, fruttato, piacevolmente alcolico a completare. Servizio attento e professionale. Conto medio alto, ma in linea con la qualità di quanto mangiato e bevuto. Vale il viaggio. In a small Salento village, Lucugnano, we found this restaurant whose location is in an old castle with a beautiful pergola around it, where the tables were set. Salento doc appetizer, mashed beans and chicory, bitter and spicy at the right point, and at the same time delicate, accompanied by tasty fried bread croutons. Orecchiette with really good turnip greens. A squid stuffed with zucchini on a cream of cherry tomatoes and peppers, a mixed grill and a mixed fry with fresh, tasty and very tender fish and molluscs. Millefeuille cheesecake with sorbet and chocolate soufflé to end an excellent dinner. A rosé of Primitivo, fresh, fruity, pleasantly alcoholic to complete. Attentive and professional service. Medium-high account, but in line with the quality of what was eaten and drunk. It is worth the trip.

Portate di altissima qualità a prezzi davvero onesti, serviti da personale professionale e simpatico. Una meraviglia di sapori a partire dall'antipasto misto (super consigliato) passando per i secondi piatti di pesce e di carne. Super consigliato in tutto e per tutto. Dieci e lode in ogni settore!
