★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e la mia amica abbiamo alloggiato presso casa Iolanda a Leuca dall'11 al 18 luglio 2020. Posizione ottimale per spostarsi a piedi in centro o in auto nelle zone limitrofe. Ottima pulizia della casa con dovute misure igeniche. Disponibilità e ospitalità di Francesco e sua sorella. Casa dotata di ogni confort e di una bellissima terrazza con vista laterale sul mare. Consiglio vivamente Iolanda Casa vacanze. A presto!!
 My friend and I stayed at the Iolanda house in Leuca from 11 to 18 July 2020. Optimal position to move on foot in the center or by car in the surrounding areas. Excellent cleaning of the house with due hygienic measures. Availability and hospitality of Francesco and his sister. House equipped with every comfort and a beautiful terrace with side sea view. I highly recommend Iolanda Holiday home. See you soon!!

Per il resto accoglienza cordiale intelligente e assolutamente non appiccicosa.
Casa al top come pulizia e disponibilità di spazio.
Posizione ideale per gli spostamenti nel Salento.

What to say, maybe in one of the two bathrooms there was a slightly crooked tile, or maybe I get confused.
For the rest, intelligent and absolutely non-sticky cordial reception.
House at the top in terms of cleanliness and availability of space.
Ideal location for traveling in Salento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casette molto ben tenute e attrezzate, le mura spesse mantengono la casa fresca e i proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni bisogno.
La location è abbastanza accessibile e vicina a tutti i punti di interesse del Salento.
Very well maintained and equipped houses, the thick walls keep the house fresh and the owners are very kind and available for every need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Iolanda Vacanze è stata una piacevole scoperta. Locali appena ristrutturati e tipici del borgo. Nonostante disponga di aria condizionata non è stato necessario utilizzarla perché l'appartamento rimaneva fresco tutto il giorno. Pulizia eccellente e completo di tutto il necessario per alloggiare.
Francesco è stato gentilissimo nell'accoglierci e consigliarci anche posti e spiagge da visitare.
Ottima anche la cena presso la trattoria Iolanda.
Casa Iolanda Vacanze was a pleasant discovery. Newly renovated rooms typical of the village. Although it has air conditioning it was not necessary to use it because the apartment stayed cool all day. Excellent cleanliness and complete with everything you need to stay.
Francesco was very kind in welcoming us and also recommending places and beaches to visit.
The dinner at the Iolanda restaurant is also excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucugnano un borgo del Salento bello e tranquillo,a pochi chilometri dalla costa adriatica che da quella ionica. Francesco,il proprietario, un ragazzo molto gentile e disponibile, pronto a dare tutte le informazioni giuste per passare una vacanza in totale relax.
La location e veramente molto bella ed accogliente dotata di tutti i confort, aria condizionata, dove sinceramente mai accesa alla sera si sta un incanto nello spazio esterno, curata nei minimi dettagli c'è anche la lavatrice per chi ne avesse bisogno.
Senza dimenticare la trattoria Iolanda dove ad un prezzo veramente molto onesto di mangia una cucina buona semplice e casalinga.
Consigliatissimo.
Lucugnano a beautiful and peaceful village in Salento, a few kilometers from the Adriatic and Ionian coasts. Francesco, the owner, a very kind and helpful guy, ready to give all the right information to spend a relaxing holiday.
The location is very beautiful and welcoming with all the comforts, air conditioning, where honestly never turned on in the evening there is an enchantment in the outdoor space, with attention to the smallest details there is also a washing machine for those who need it.
Without forgetting the Iolanda restaurant where, at a very honest price, you can eat good, simple, home-style cooking.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre ad essere di recente ristrutturazione, l'appartamento si presenta pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio, come se il proprietario ci vivesse di persona. Gli ambienti sono molto spaziosi, luminosi e freschi grazie ai soffitti alti ed il cortile sul retro è perfetto per fare colazione godendosi il calore del Salento.
La posizione è abbastanza strategica, in circa 30 minuti di auto si possono raggiungere le più belle spiagge Salentine.
Un sentito ringraziamento per la calorosa accoglienza e la massima disponibilità del proprietario, Francesco!
In addition to being recently renovated, the apartment is clean and cared for in every detail, as if the owner lived there in person. The rooms are very spacious, bright and fresh thanks to the high ceilings and the backyard is perfect for having breakfast while enjoying the warmth of Salento.
The location is quite strategic, in about 30 minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Salento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il soggiorno è stato perfetto in ogni particolare, la cortesia di Francesco Ti farà sentire a casa dal primo istante all’ultimo.
La casa è stata ristrutturata da pochissimo e presenta ogni comfort che una Casa Vacanza dovrebbe avere.
Come ho già scritto il tutto viene reso ancora migliore dalla cortesia di Francesco Che saprà consigliarvi al meglio sugli itinerari e luoghi da visitare.
Consiglio la Casa Vacanza soprattutto a chi vuole visitare la Puglia spostandosi in macchina, poiché per visitare posti come Bari o posti limitrofi ci vogliono anche due ore di macchina.
Ma ne vale la pena, la Puglia ne vale la pena.
Considera la mia vacanza in Puglia una delle più belle mai fatte, e vi assicuro che sarà lo stesso per voi.

Preciso che intorno alla casa c’è tutto ciò che serve, 3 ristoranti, due bar, un mini market è una carnezzeria! Spero di tornare a soggiornare da Iolanda vacanze! Ciao!
The stay was perfect in every detail, Francesco's courtesy will make you feel at home from the first moment to the last.
The house has been recently renovated and has every comfort that a holiday home should have.
As I have already written, everything is made even better by the courtesy of Francesco Who will be able to advise you on the best itineraries and places to visit.
I recommend the Holiday House especially to those who want to visit Puglia by car, since to visit places like Bari or neighboring places it takes up to two hours by car.
But it's worth it, Puglia is worth it.
Consider my holiday in Puglia one of the most beautiful ever, and I assure you that it will be the same for you.

Siamo stati in vacanza in Salento ed abbiamo soggiornato a Lucugnano(piccola frazione di Tricase). Arrivati, veniamo accolti da Francesco, ragazzo cordiale, disponibile presente e discreto allo stesso tempo...durante il soggiorno piu volte l'abbiamo contattato per chiedere info e si è dimostrato sempre disponibile. L'appartamento è ristrutturato da poco ed e molto accogliente e pulito...non manca nulla (dagli asciugamani e lenzuola lavati in lavanderia profumatissimi ed igienizzati, al phon, lavatrice,pentolame, frigo e freezer)... ma la zona dell'appartamento che piu abbiamo amato è il terrazzino, un luogo che da pace all'anima...cenare e fare colazione in quel luogo, è stato molto piacevole. Il mare è facilmente raggiungibile in circa 20 minuti in auto. Ve lo consiglio per una vacanza relax e gastronomica ( i prodotti della zona che ci sono stati indicati da Francesco, sono una prelibatezza :-) )
Holidays July 2021-HOSPITALITY AND COURTESY
We were on holiday in Salento and stayed in Lucugnano (a small fraction of Tricase). Arrived, we are greeted by Francesco, a friendly guy, available, present and discreet at the same time ... during our stay we contacted him several times to ask for info and he was always available. The apartment has been recently renovated and is very welcoming and clean ... nothing is missing (from the fragrant and sanitized towels and sheets washed in the laundry, to the hairdryer, washing machine, cookware, fridge and freezer) ... but the area of the the apartment we loved most is the terrace, a place that gives peace to the soul ... having dinner and breakfast in that place was very pleasant. The sea can be easily reached in about 20 minutes by car. I recommend it for a relaxing and gastronomic holiday (the products of the area that have been indicated to us by Francesco, are a delicacy :-))
