Oltre al cibo ottimo e abbondante, con le migliori specialità emiliane e toscane (Tortellini doc e fiorentina su tutto, ma anche le crescentine e costoline si fanno dare del lei) segnalo lo staff con cameriere gentili, preparate, belle e simpatiche. Marcello e Sonia ti mettono a loro agio tanto che sembra ci si conosca da sempre e mi fanno sentire non un amico ma davvero come uno di famiglia. Consigliato a tutti per passare qualche ora all'insegna del buon gusto, lontano dallo stress e dall'afa della città. Fixed stop in Pietramala since they opened. Ottima esperienza ci torneremo sicuramente. Tortelli fenomenali e tagliata buonissima, x non parlare dell'ottimo dolce! Difficile provare tutto perché le porzioni sono “generose”, ma per quel che abbiamo provato - pasta fatta in casa, carne sublime- si sente la giusta dose di contaminazione tra Toscana ed Emilia … si sente il sapore della genuinità dei piatti e la simpatia, la gentilezza e la competenza dei proprietari. Ottimi vini, ne hanno più di quelli che leggi sulla carta … ottimi suggerimenti spassionati di degustazione al di là del guadagno. Credo che la passione e la cura dei clienti vada per la maggiore.
