Pizza Taxi

So, don't expect Neapolitan pizza, this is another poem. Which of the two do I choose? Absolutely this! It is my favorite pizza, abundantly seasoned with first choice products, made with mother yeast, large and with a very democratic price! The flavors that I suggest you to taste are the typical "positanese" with cherry tomatoes, sausage and spicy (taste at the bottom), and then the "spoiled" (taste at the top): the latter was invented by me and my friend Eddy almost 10 years ago, then it was increasingly requested by our groups so much that it was added to the menu with this particular name. The ingredients are mozzarella, bacon, sausage, chips, fried eggplant and spicy to taste - a bomb! The taste at the center, however, is new and I also liked it very much: cream of walnuts, ham and rosemary.

Small but cozy place with a spectacular pizza! Very light and not too high, the products used are of excellent quality. It is a pizza that I absolutely recommend to taste. It is possible to divide it into three flavors. We also tried the Nutella panciock, fantastic! I was delighted, then the prices are absolutely moderate.

Very kind and easy-going, crispy and delicious pizza .... obviously you can't leave without buying a freshly baked loaf ????

LOCAL The place is rustic: it's a casual and no frills place, don't expect different things. Nice to dine out in the courtyard but in the evening it is cool even in summer (the sweater is a must). Going to the bathroom you will see the kitchen and the oven, you will also see the bread left to rise that will perfume the whole environment: a unique thing that you will not find in other places! The waitresses are courteous, polite and smiling - perfect that way. FOOD To date, one of the best pizzas in the whole of Vico "alta". I know you have heard this phrase many times before but it is true. The reason? Excellent dough: the place is also a bakery and therefore they know what they are doing. Full-bodied "vicana" dough that does not remain on the stomach the next day. The dressing: the real highlight! The dressing is of quality, excellent tastes and pairings. Finally a pizza where the ingredients are not skimped, where they SEE and FEEL. Think about it, how many have you asked for, for example, pizza with sausage and aubergine and on the pizza you find yourself two counted pieces of aubergine and sausage? Not here! Each slice is abundantly coated with excellent ingredients. I applaud the fact that the pizzas that have "potatoes" among the ingredients have the REAL potatoes served with peel and not the frozen industrial ones that taste nothing. The sausage has fennel, delight! Very common in Vico. COST You pay a fair price: a half-meter pan with two flavors costs 16 euros and is good for 2 people. EXTRA The place is an oven so I recommend getting some bread to take home, even better if you finish dinner very late that you take it fresh from the oven. We hope it does not lose its rustic atmosphere, the attention to ingredients and that it does not cause prices to rise.
