P	Piersante di Biase on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vuoi mangiare bene, pagare ancora meglio e vivere una cena tra la storia e una certa cultura? Non si parla di politica anche se il vino rosso non è rosso ma è nero e anche se il proprietario, un bel personaggio che ti accoglie con la maglia che cita Memento Audere Semper, non nasconde minimamente i suoi pensieri. Il posto è semplice come la sua cucina che però risulta assolutamente soddisfacente ed in perfetta sintonia con il luogo in cui vi trovate. I cimeli di proprietà personale del titolare vi ricorderanno alcune cose che hanno fatto parte della nostra storia, in alcuni di noi attiverà la nostalgia e in altri un simpatico fastidio perché poi alla fine noi ci si trova lì per mangiare e, perché no, anche per soddisfare delle piccole curiosità relative ad un posto che ha un suo carattere e una sua precisa comunicazione. Io comunque ho bevuto Sangiovese di Predappio DOC e ho mangiato un buonissimo antipasto, delle ottime camice nere e un cinghiale che sapeva il fatto suo. All fine non ho saputo resistere nemmeno alle grappe tricolori...combattenti di mare, di terra e delle arie...scherzi a parte, se passate da queste parti fermatevi a mangiare, vi piacerà molto il cibo e troverete sicuramente singolare e divertente la location. Do you want to eat well, pay even better and experience a dinner between history and a certain culture? There is no talk of politics even if the red wine is not red but it is black and even if the owner, a beautiful character who welcomes you with the shirt that mentions Memento Aude Semper, does not hide his thoughts in the least. The place is as simple as its cuisine but it is absolutely satisfying and in perfect harmony with the place where you are. The personal property of the owner will remind you of some things that have been part of our history, in some of us it will trigger nostalgia and in others a nice annoyance because in the end we are there to eat and, why not, also to satisfy small curiosities relating to a place that has its own character and its precise communication. However, I drank Sangiovese di Predappio DOC and ate a very good appetizer, excellent black shirts and a wild boar that knew its stuff. In the end I could not resist even the tricolor grappas ... fighters of sea, land and air ... jokes aside, if you pass by here stop and eat, you will really like the food and you will certainly find singular and fun the location.

Da provare l'antipasto ricco e gustoso, per non parlare dei primi roba spettacolare dove regna la SOSTANZA e il sapore di casa.. I secondi idem come precende detto.. Per concludere il prezzo una vera sorpresa per quello che propone top assoluto.. Si consiglia la prenotazione.. If you are visiting the area, I strongly recommend that you visit and sample the excellent food. The owner's politics are their own business, and if you don't agree with them, so what - the food speaks for itself.

Even more so at lunch when you should arrive famished to enjoy the set course meal. Great menu and also good for vegetarians. The owner and chef is a real character who takes great pride in his heritage. The decor is, shall we say, where things get interesting. Fitting very nicely into a category of what I can only dub ‘Mussolini chic’. So if you are offended by that definitely don’t go. This restaurant is always packed and you really have to book. Probably the only restaurant in Umbria where you have to do so. The meal is topped off by a presentation of 3 bottles of grappa (the colours of the Italian flag) which you can avail yourself of with impunity. Proceed with caution. This is more than a restaurant - it’s an experience.
