★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e i miei amici abbiamo prenotato per una serata giropizza di sabato sera. La nostra esperienza è stata a dir poco pessima e deludente. La location è carina e curata, almeno al piano terra. Sfortunatamente noi siamo stati seduti sul tetto del ristorante, ventoso e con illuminazione direttamente sopra il tavolo. Le lampadine sopra le nostre teste hanno attirato un volume di insetti tale che non era assolutamente possibile bere o mangiare senza trovarsene addosso e nel bicchiere/piatto. Oltretutto, dopo aver atteso più di un'ora, il cameriere ha servito il tavolo appena arrivato, prima di servire il nostro. Richieste di parlare con un responsabile e lamentele sono state ignorate, e quando finalmente siamo riusciti a confrontarci, non c'è stato alcun rammarico da parte dello staff, che invece he offerto soltanto scuse. Siamo andati via senza mangiare dopo più di un'ora. Sconsigliato per la scortesia e la lentezza del servizio.
My friends and I booked for a giropizza evening on Saturday evening. Our experience has been nothing short of bad and disappointing. The location is nice and well-kept, at least on the ground floor. Unfortunately we sat on the roof of the restaurant, windy and with lighting directly above the table. The bulbs above our heads attracted such a volume of insects that it was absolutely impossible to drink or eat without being on them and in the glass / plate. Moreover, after waiting more than an hour, the waiter served the newly arrived table before serving ours. Requests to speak with a manager and complaints were ignored, and when we finally managed to confront each other, there was no regret from the staff, who instead offered only apologies. We left without eating after more than an hour. Not recommended for discourtesy and slow service.
