★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location rustica, accoglienza fredda, cibo non all'altezza delle nostre aspettative rispetto alla descrizione sul sito internet. Nonostante sul menù siamo menzionati problemi di allergie o intolleranze non hanno a disposizione nessun tipo di pane o crackers per ciliaci.
In risposta al vostro commento vorrei precisare:
1) sono sicuro di aver avvisato telefonicamente, ( come faccio di abitudine quando prenoto in un ristorante) della nostra necessità di pane senza farina di frumento, che avendo prenotato con qualche giorno di preavviso è facile procurarsi.
2) l'unica vostra proposta da me rifiutata è stata la polenta, e nulla altro mi è stato proposto.
3) non eravamo assolutamente di cattivo umore ( e se volete vi mostriamo le foto sorridenti di quella sera) , e non so come vi permettiate di insinuare ciò,non avendo altre argomentazioni a vostra disposizione.
Ritengo che, se le recensioni non servono per migliorarvi, ma sono solo motivo di discussione, evidentemente nonostante lo praticate da 25 anni con passione non è proprio il vostro lavoro ideale.
Questo è il mio parere personale.

 Rustic location, cold welcome, food not up to our expectations compared to the description on the website. Although on the menu we are mentioned problems of allergies or intolerances, they do not have any type of bread or crackers for celiacs available.
In response to your comment I would like to specify:
1) I am sure I have notified by telephone (as I usually do when I book in a restaurant) of our need for bread without wheat flour, which having booked with a few days' notice is easy to obtain.
2) your only proposal that I refused was polenta, and nothing else was proposed to me.
3) we were absolutely not in a bad mood (and if you want we show you the smiling photos of that evening), and I don't know how you dare to insinuate this, having no other arguments at your disposal.
I believe that, if the reviews are not used to improve you, but are only a reason for discussion, evidently despite having been practicing it for 25 years with passion it is not your ideal job.
This is my personal opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un posticino molto grazioso. Ottima la tartare preparata a scelta con o senza tuorlo d'uovo. Gli antipasti che abbiamo scelto (acciughe del cantabrico e jsmon iberico) non richiedevano grandi preparazioni, ma erano molto buoni. Torneremo per assaggiare i primi. Se lo si sceglie bisogna mettere in conto di spendere un minimo di 40/50euro a persona. Ma ne vale la pena.
It is a very nice little place. The tartare prepared with or without egg yolk is excellent. The starters we chose (Cantabrian anchovies and Iberian jsmon) did not require great preparations, but they were very good. We will come back to taste the first courses. If you choose it, you have to plan to spend a minimum of 40/50 euros per person. But it's worth it.
