Lo consiglio! Very nice restaurant, just below the Verrès Castle. Typical Aosta Valley cuisine. The TOP cabbage and fontina soup. Helpful and friendly staff. I advise!

Very nice place under the castle of Verres. Vegetarian options too! Excellent leek and potato soup :-) excellent service and courtesy.

Facendo il giro dei castelli valdostani mi sono trovato a provare questo ristorante, devo dire che il cibo è ottimo e il servizio mi ha fatto sentire davvero a casa! Assolutamente consigliato se volete assaggiare la tipicità del posto! Per nn parlare del liquore homemade che ci hanno offerto :-) Beautiful discovery! While touring the Aosta Valley castles I found myself trying this restaurant, I must say that the food is excellent and the service made me feel really at home! Absolutely recommended if you want to taste the typicality of the place! Not to mention the homemade liqueur they offered us :-)

Pietanze davvero ben curate e di ottima fattura a prezzi giusti; a pranzo si può optare anche per un menù fisso con antipasto, primo, secondo con contorno e dolce a un prezzo ottimo. Diverse scelte anche per vegetariani. Personale molto cordiale, disponibile e gentile. Piacevole esperienza. Consigliato!! Nice restaurant located just below the Verrès tower, with a terrace where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the view. Really well-finished and well-made dishes at fair prices; at lunch you can also opt for a fixed menu with appetizer, first course, second course with side dish and dessert at a great price. Several choices also for vegetarians. Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Pleasant experience. Recommended!!
D	Davide Gamberini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi aspettavo un posto "acchiappa turisti" come spesso accade nelle vicinanze di un'attrazione, invece ho trovato un ottimo antipasto con vari salumi locali di altissima qualità (lardo di Arnad, salamino piccante, salame, salame alla barbabietola viola, coppa, bresaola, crudo). Anche le tagliatelle al ragù erano buone, pur non essendo quelle bolognesi. Peccato per l'attesa un po' troppo lunga per servive le tagliatelle, dato che alle 14 il posto era abbastanza vuoto. Prezzi nella norma. Vista eccellente sul Castello di Verres. I was expecting a "tourist catcher" place as often happens near an attraction, instead I found an excellent appetizer with various local high quality meats (Arnad lard, spicy salami, salami, purple beetroot salami, coppa, bresaola, raw). The tagliatelle with meat sauce were also good, although they were not the Bolognese ones. Too bad for the wait a bit 'too long to serve the noodles, since at 14 the place was quite empty. Prices in the norm. Excellent view on the Castle of Verres.

Ottime le tagliatelle al blue e la torta fatta in casa. Da provare! Pleasant surprise this restaurant on the slopes of the castle. Scelto casualmente, si è rivelato un ottimo ristorante dove assaggiare un menù tipo valdostano contaminato da altri piatti, come i maltagliati al salmone, per dare una scelta più ampia e venire così incontro alle richieste di più clienti. Ottimo! Beautiful and yummy experience! Chosen randomly, it turned out to be an excellent restaurant where you can taste a Valle d'Aosta-type menu contaminated by other dishes, such as maltagliati with salmon, to give a wider choice and thus meet the requests of more customers.
