Carta dei vini limitata ma con buone proposte per tutte le tasche. Excellent raw material, light and delicious cuisine. Amuse-bouche and small confectionery fun and delicious. Chef-patron very polite and helpful. Limited wine list but with good proposals for all budgets.

Cibo fantastico, materie prime freschissime, selezionate e cucinate in maniera eccezionale dalla chef Giovanni Esposito. Pochi piatti nel menu che varia quasi quotidianamente ma tutti rigorosamente cucinati al momento. Prezzi ottimi (un menù completo circa 50 €)...soldi spesi bene! Fuori menù ci é stato servito inoltre: stuzzichino di benvenuto con calice di vino, amuse bouche, pré dessert e piccola pasticceria.... Torneremo sicuramente!! Una delle più inaspettate scoperte culinarie della Valle d'Aosta! Restaurant in a small central street of Verrès. Fantastic food, fresh raw materials, selected and cooked in an exceptional way by the chef Giovanni Esposito. Few dishes on the menu that changes almost daily but all rigorously cooked on the spot. Great prices (a full menu around € 50) ... money well spent! We were also served off the menu: welcome snack with glass of wine, amuse bouche, dessert and small pastry .... We will definitely be back !! One of the most unexpected culinary discoveries in the Aosta Valley!

Carta dei vini non vastissima forse un po’ troppo sbilanciata verso i vini del territorio,ma comunque valida. Sulla cucina,ottima come sempre,da segnalare la freschezza delle materie prime. Eccellente sia il polipo su vellutata di ceci,sia i ravioli ripieni di fonduta,anche l’impiattamento è molto curato. Merita menzione anche l’aperitivo,offerto,con stuzzichini veramente stratosferici! Per non parlare dei dessert,indimenticabile l’assaggio di yogurt sotto gelatina di mandarino,il babà e i cioccolatini accompagnati al caffè. Morale....da ritornarci! Simple but welcoming environment, accurate mise en table, excellent quality bread and breadsticks. Not very extensive wine list, perhaps a little too unbalanced towards local wines, but still valid. On the kitchen, excellent as always, to note the freshness of the raw materials. Excellent both the octopus on chickpea soup, and the ravioli filled with fondue, the dish is also very well cared for. The aperitif, offered, with truly stratospheric snacks also deserves mention! Not to mention the desserts, unforgettable tasting of yogurt under mandarin jelly, babà and chocolates accompanied by coffee. Moral .... to go back!
